1、售前咨詢:我們始終站在用戶的角度和立場(chǎng)考慮問題,與用戶互動(dòng)式交流,為用戶提供詳盡的儀器用途、重要參數(shù)的說明,還為客戶提供不同品牌產(chǎn)品間的性能比較,給用戶最中肯的購買建議。 2、安裝調(diào)試:如設(shè)備安裝有特殊要求,我們會(huì)在設(shè)備安裝之前向用戶提出安裝場(chǎng)地環(huán)境要求,并對(duì)用戶就安裝場(chǎng)地環(huán)境的咨詢提供技術(shù)支持;在調(diào)試過程中如有任何故障發(fā)生,我們都會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)及時(shí)協(xié)助解決; 3、使用培訓(xùn):安裝驗(yàn)收完畢后對(duì)用戶≥2人進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),內(nèi)容包括:基本理論、實(shí)際操作、后期維護(hù)、安全要點(diǎn)以及其它相關(guān)內(nèi)容,保證使用人員能正確的使用設(shè)備; 4、技術(shù)支持:當(dāng)設(shè)備發(fā)生任何故障或不能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),我們可提供24h×7d電話咨詢; 5、保修服務(wù):安裝驗(yàn)收合格后整機(jī)保修壹年。在質(zhì)保期內(nèi),我們負(fù)責(zé)為用戶的設(shè)備提供免費(fèi)維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)和免費(fèi)更換損壞的和有缺陷的零部件; 6、用戶回訪:我們將會(huì)為每個(gè)用戶提供服務(wù)檔案,定期提醒用戶保養(yǎng)、校正、易損件及耗材的準(zhǔn)備,不定期回訪用戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品的使用情況;使儀器在日常使用中處于最佳狀態(tài)。
1. 2. Installation and commissioning: if there are special requirements for equipment installation, we will put forward the environmental requirements for the installation site to the user before equipment installation, and provide technical support for the user's consultation on the installation site environment; In case of any fault during commissioning, we will be responsible for assisting in solving it in time;
3. Use training: after installation and acceptance, training shall be conducted for more than 2 users, including basic theory, actual operation, later maintenance, safety points and other relevant contents, so as to ensure that users can use the equipment correctly;
4. Technical support: in case of any fault or abnormal operation of the equipment, we can provide 24h × 7d telephone consultation;
5. Warranty service: the whole machine shall be guaranteed for one year after the installation and acceptance. During the warranty period, we are responsible for providing free maintenance, service and free replacement of damaged and defective parts for the user's equipment;
6. User return visit: we will provide service files for each user, regularly remind users of maintenance, calibration, preparation of vulnerable parts and consumables, and irregularly return visit users' use of products; Make the instrument in the best condition in daily use. |
